Breakfast Chia Plum Pudding

Chia Plum Pudding

Serves 1

¼ cup chia seeds

1 teaspoon honey

1 cup dairy-free milk

2 ripe plums, sliced

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Combine chia seeds, honey, and milk in a small serving bowl. Mix well and let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes to allow chia seeds to absorb the milk. When the milk has been absorbed, mix again and top with sliced plums (and/or berries of choice) and cinnamon.
